O. Berk® West is a subsidiary of O.Berk Company, LLC (Union, NJ), O.Berk Company of New England, LLC (West Haven, CT) and Kols Containers, Inc. (Baltimore, MD). The acquisition of this experienced team of packaging professionals will strengthen O.Berk’s leadership position in the personal care and pharmaceutical packaging markets from coast to coast.
With this transition, O.Berk will acquire ED Luce’s office/warehouse in Southern California, its customers, supplier relationships, product offerings and development capabilities, as well as ED’s e-commerce store.
